the w. legacy

Osama Won!

1. War with U.S. (and U.S. poodles)

2. Increased awareness of Western Imperialist tendencies.

3. Busted Economy.

Like it? Then vote McCain patriots!

Seriously........

1. How many more innocents need to die before we’re “even?”

2. When will we realize that we are creating ideal circumstances for "terrorism" to thrive?

3. When will we realize that GOP policies are responsible for this?

4. What's your tax break going to buy when the peso is worth more than the dollar? Something to think about, as we build more walls, Ole gringo!

Brief overview of the W. years.

1. Pre-9/11 struggle for identity sees rampant environmental/ industry deregulation, denials of global warming, & cuts in objective scientific research. Bush took much power from the EPA, stuffing it with industry lobbyists, forcing his Republican EPA head, Christie Todd Whitman to resign in disgust.

2. 9/11~Most horrible attack on U.S. soil, gives suddenly popular president, a blank check to "do the right thing,” as we rattled our sabers, asked few questions, and affixed magnetic ribbons to our vehicles.

a. Bush Administration blames President Clinton, even though Bill's Terrorism Tsar Richard Clark (who served in this capacity during the presidencies of Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, and W.) tried to explain to the incoming Administration that they needed to focus on Islamic Terrorism, noting specific threats (one ambiguous one, in particular concerning planes being used as missiles against U.S. targets). Clark was lectured to, by Condi Rice about the administrations overriding concerns of crime and drug enforcement. Condi, who was put off by the intensity of the Clinton Administration holdover, shut him out of important meetings with the president. Later during 9/11 Commission hearings Ms. Rice denied all of Richard Clarks claims.

3. Turns worldwide support into almost universal condemnation.

a. Iran and Syria, nations which had been providing the U.S. with intelligence; most likely better than that which we paid dearly for in Pakistan. During the W. years the U.S. had pumped billions of dollars……that’s right billions, propping up the dictatorship of now nuclear nation Pakistan. Not to read too much into things but, bad investment….could sure uses those billions now. In efforts to bring mutual enemy, Saddam down and open up to the U.S., Bush blows opportunity to further diplomacy with Iran and Syria, by declaring them members of: “the Axis of Evil” during his State of the Union speech on January 29.

4. Lies to the country in order to open a new and unnecessary front on the "war against terror." in Iraq.

a. Whether he knew about WMD's or not (and it appears they were just fabricated for expediency) he took our eyes off the real target, Bin Laden at a crucial time.

b. If you like him or not, Saddam maintained secular "order" in a way our government could only wish for, using the specter of weapons to maintain a tentative "peace" and religious balance in the region. Kind of a bummer you can’t enforce a status of democracy with bullets and bombs…you just can’t please some people, I guess.

c. We should have known what he had, b/c we sold him the weapons, then destroyed them, then attempted to buy them back.

5. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! (Not fooling' anyone with that padding flyboy)

6. TAX CUTS! (a few hundred to a few thousand...if you make enough)

7. Failing Infrastructure

a. New Orleans

b. Bridge Collapse in MN.

8. Surge!

a. Back to Afghanistan 2008!

9. Publicly states his determination to bring peace to the Palestinians and Israelis, during his final year in office. Gosh you really have to admire the balls on this guy.

10. Bailout………….
